General Information about Trainings

Registration/Course fees:

1. Registration for all courses should be made on the registration form provided.
2. All courses schedules and course fees are subjected to change without prior notice.
3. Course fee includes courses materials, morning and afternoon tea breaks. Depending on the course, lunch may be provided.
4. Attendees are responsible for their traveling and living expenses.
Class Times:
1. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. on the first day of class.
2. Class runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.
3. Class ends by 5:00 p.m. unless specified otherwise.

Prices:
All prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice.

Payment:
1. Payment for courses fees should be attached with the registration form at the time of registration, unless making payment online via credit card.
2. Course fees are payable in advance of the class.
3. Only pre-paid in registration will be confirmed. Registration without pre-payment will be put on wait list, subject to availability of seats.
4. Confirmation will be official upon receipt of the registration form and course payment.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
1. In the event that a paying attendee must cancel a registered course, a full refund will be made if notice is given 10 working days prior to class commencement.
2. If notice is given within 10 working days period prior to class commencement only 50% refund will be made.
3. Five days or less notice for cancellation or non-attendance will result in full billing with no refund.
4. The purchase of non-refundable airline tickets is not recommended due to possible course cancellations.

Course Cancellation
Experiential reserves the right to cancel any class 1 weeks prior to the class start date due to low enrollment. If a class is cancelled, we will contact participants by telephone and email to arrange for training credit. Every effort will be made to reschedule a cancelled class or transfer enrollments to a later date. Students will be notified of future courses.

As an important courtesy to students, every attempt will be made to ensure that participants are notified at least seven calendar days prior to the start of the first day of class for any course that is cancelled.
Certification of Participation:
1. Certificate will be awarded to attendees upon completion of the class.
2. For those who do not attend the full course, or who are unable to fulfill the requirements of the courses will not receive the certificate.
