1. Do you conduct in-house training?
Yes. Experiential welcomes the opportunity to conduct customized in-house trainings/workshops on any of the subjects covered on our site. Please call us at 6241 9834 or email to courses@experiential.sg  for a free, no obligation consultation.


2. Are you able to conduct in-house trainings and/or workshops outside of Singapore?
Yes. Trainings are customized based on the client’s needs. Hotel accommodation, local and international travel are at the expense of the client.


3. What does it cost for in-house training? The cost of in-house training is not quoted as a fixed amount. The training fee is based on the client’s requirements such subject content & course development, the desired learning outcomes, the number of days of training, and location.


4. Am I able to get government funding?
Yes. For companies based in Singapore, funding is available. Experiential LLP is registered as a non-WSQ training provider. Therefore payment must be paid in full to Experiential. Upon completion of the course (*staff must complete at least 75% of the course to be eligible), the company administrator or HR Manager may apply for funding under the Skills Connect program. Experiential will supply the administrator with the copies of invoices, receipts and attendance record which are filed together with the Form 1 Application. Companies may apply for funding for both public workshops and in house training.


5. What are the payment procedures for in-house training?
After an agreement on the desired learning outcomes has been made by the HR department and Experiential, both parties will sign a contract outlining the details for the training. A deposit of 40% of the training fee is to be paid to confirm and hold the training date. The balance is due 7 days following the completion of the training.


6. What is your cancellation policy?
In the event that a paying attendee must cancel a registered course, a full refund will be made if notice is given 10 working days prior to class commencement. If notice is given within the 10 working days period prior to class commencement only 50% refund will be made. Five days or less notice for cancellation or non-attendance will result in full billing with no refund.

Please note that the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets is not recommended in view of possible course cancellations due to a low course registrations.


7. We don’t have a conference room large enough to conduct an in-house training. Can you help us to book a venue?
Yes we can assist you with this. There are several different types of venues to choose from based on your budget and training needs.
